All workshops are conducted through the Zoom platform to provide a seamless virtual learning experience. If you opt for a 1 on 1 workshop, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to select a date and time that best fits your schedule. This flexibility ensures that you can conveniently choose a time slot that suits your availability. With group workshops, you will receive an email with a link to a pre-selected date and time. This ensures that all participants can join the workshop at the same time, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

All physical merchandise is shipped from the USA using UPS (internationally) & USPS (within the USA). Once your parcel is shipped to your specified destination, you will be emailed a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Additional customs and duty charges may apply. Cancellations: Please note order cancellations can only be requested prior to the processing of your purchase. Once the processing has begun, our return policy will be in effect. Claims: In the event that you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items in your order, it's important to make your claim within 10 business days from the date of your purchase. Claims made after this specified time frame will not be accepted. We encourage you to promptly report any issues with your order to ensure a timely resolution. Returns: Kindly note we do not offer exchanges for items. If you wish to replace an item, we kindly request you to place a new order for the desired item and proceed with returning the item you already have.
